Yes, that is how I gained so much weight so fast, but I can honestly say it’s been a year I don’t binge, at least not like before.

Wow! Amazing what a day or two of rest and eating maintenance calories does to my energy level. Nice day and a great run this morning, and I still have gas in my tank to lift this afternoon. :-)
